We offer three membership tiers. Starter ($49/mo) includes full gym access from 6 AM–9 PM and 4 group classes per month. Core ($89/mo) is our most popular plan, featuring unlimited gym access from 5 AM–11 PM, unlimited classes, and 2 personal training sessions each month. Elite ($149/mo) unlocks 24/7 premium access, 8 personal training sessions, custom nutrition planning, and priority booking. All plans include a free fitness assessment and can be cancelled anytime with no penalties.
No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. All memberships are billed month-to-month — you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. We believe your commitment to fitness should come from motivation, not obligation.
Personal training sessions are 50 minutes, one-on-one with your chosen coach. Your first session includes a movement assessment and goal-setting consultation. Sessions are scheduled directly with your trainer around your availability. Core members receive 2 sessions per month, Elite members get 8 — additional sessions can be purchased as a pack of 5 or 10. Trainers specialize in strength, Olympic lifting, boxing, yoga, mobility, and nutrition coaching.
Absolutely. Your first class is completely free — no membership, no credit card required. Just show up in workout gear and we'll set you up. You can try any class on the schedule: Inferno Circuit, Iron Legion, Power Flow, Fight Camp, or Hybrid X. If you love it (and we're confident you will), our 7-day free trial gives you full access to all classes, equipment, and facilities before you commit.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive training shoes. Bring a water bottle and a towel — we provide both at the front desk if you forget. For strength classes, we have all bars, plates, and racks. For yoga, mats and blocks are available. Locker rooms are equipped with showers, lockers, and towel service for Core and Elite members. A positive attitude is the only non-negotiable.
Both. You can drop in to any class — no advance booking required. If you want to guarantee a spot in popular classes (especially 6 AM HIIT and 5:30 PM Strength), our mobile app lets you reserve up to 7 days in advance. Elite members get priority booking with early access to class reservations. The weekly schedule runs Monday through Sunday with 60+ sessions across all disciplines.
